For the first time in Pocumtuc Lodge history we will be
camping in tents during the winter month of February. This event promises to
prove that Pocumtuc Lodge, Western Massachusetts Council’s Scouting Honor
Society, really knows how to camp and can survive without electricity and video
games.
As Lodge Chief I propose a challenge to you, "Prove that you have what it takes to be a scout of the outdoors and join us in our council wide campout". We have our esteemed cooking team handling our meals led by Lodge Executive Board member Warren Castonguay and his adviser Mr. Pise. We ask that you bring $10 for food and a tent to sleep in (along with other camp-ware typical for winter camping). We also ask that you register online here by Feb 22nd to give us a head count for food purchasing. Again, if you would like to prove you have what it takes or would just like to enjoy a fun time with arrowmen from throughout the council then this is the event for you. Can't wait to see who is up to the challenge.
