Conclave's a Beach! Greenough Scout Reservation, MA - June 13-15, 2008 The annual Section NE-1B Conclave will be happening on June 13-15, 2008, at Greenough Scout Reservation in Yarmouthport, MA. The Conclave is a gathering of the 9 lodges of Section NE-1B for fun and fellowship. At the Conclave, you'll find many different activities and events to keep you busy from the moment you arrive on Friday evening until you depart on Sunday morning. In the morning, you can take part in training opportunities in many different fields that can help your lodge. These include Brotherhood conversion, the Induction process, service to council, lodge training (yes, a training cell about training.), and the history of OA ceremonies. 2008 Memsochet Lodge Banquet

The Order of the Arrow Banquet will be held April 20, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Pittsfield, MA. The Church is located at 88 South Street (South Street is Route 7).  Cost is $10.00 per person.  Be sure and sign up now. Lodge Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

The Lodge Executive Committee met on March 15, 2008 in Florence just before the CSR Cub Leader Dinner.  Below are the minutes of that meeting. On Saturday March 15th, a Lodge Executive Committee meeting was held at the VFW in Florence . In attendance were Nate Morin, Warren Castonguay, Zach Summers, Harry Searles, Eric Frary, Sean Carollo, Mr. Gunnells, Mr. Parent and Mr. Walz. The Lodge Banquet will be held on April 20th at the First Baptist Church in Pittsfield. The highlight of the meeting will be the announcement of the Vigil candidates and Founder’s Award recipients. The entertainment will be a game of Scouting Jeopardy. Hunter may be inviting special guests from the Region.
